Certain inhabitants of Chicago and rasfwrj decided to throw a Darkfriend Social in Chicago, IL...and we invaded the city for two days of debauchery. What fun!
Originally, Flavio Carillo was to organize the festivities, but he somehow dropped off the face of the Earth for a little while. No problem, John Novak and Pam Korda stepped up to the plate for a little "Jack Booted Thuggery" and saved the day. Flavio *did* eventually re-appear, to much needling from the assembled Darkfriends.
In attendance were, in no particular order, Paul Raj Khangure, John S. Novak III, Flavio Carillo, Pam Korda, Mark and Deb Loy, Drew Gillmore, Noell Milota, James Lloyd Hill, John and Annette Dilick, Steve Monahan, and me, Maggie Brazeau, for a full circle of thirteen. An omen? Maybe so, as we continually found more evidence of
Darkfriendliness throughout the city, from tWoT boxed sets, to Lanfear's place of residence.
